Lars has years of hands-on experience in technical companies. He has supervised various successful improvement and integration processes and has held interim positions.

Lars is a pragmatic thinker and knows what it's like to keep everything under control in complex situations. Before Askové, Lars was active in various management roles at various companies such as Bilfinger, Heerema, Oceanco, SPX and for various investment companies focused on expanding the departments and companies.

In addition to his work at Askové, Lars is an active co-shareholder at Apicem Investments and advises various companies.

Furthermore, Lars has a close network of Dutch entrepreneurs and managers.
